And you thought all you could ask me about was books? Wrong! True, books are the way I love a story the best but since we humans, as a species, are addicted to stories and movies are the next best way of storytelling, here were are with some of my favourite movies reviewed only for people like me who just can't resist a good story. Also, if there are movies you want me to review for you, just drop a comment and I will review it as soon as I can. So, sit back, get that pop-corn bowl out and get ready to watch some of the great movies from all around the world!

Pulp Fiction

Director: Quentin Tarantino
Rating: 9/10
Epic poster of an EPIC film! SO want this one!

Trust Quentin Tarantino to enchant you with a good story, and in this case, with a bunch of good stories! Be it the diner-robbing couple, "Pumpkin" or "Honey Bunny" or Vincent Vega's fiasco-filled night with Marsellus Wallace's Wife, be it the case of the suitcase with the mysterious golden light or the Golden Watch, Pulp Fiction is a story that keeps you awake all night and as a friend once put it up, "makes you want to start drinking coffee even if you have never had it before." You could call it a satire on those road movies, or you could call it a satire on crime fiction, but more than that, Pulp Fiction is sheer dark poetry made into a movie!

Fair warning: Pulp Fiction may not be everyone's cup of tea and you certainly, certainly have to make sure there aren't kids around because the language is strong and if you mind swear words, you'd better give it a skip (though that is NO reason to miss it, either!) I can watch Pulp Fiction over and over again and there are moments in my life when I am reminded of this movie over the slightest of things like how pot-bellies look good on women and how you'd never give a foot-massage to a person who is the same gender as you.  Above all, whenever I see people copying the dance steps from the crazy dance Vincent Vega and Wallace's wife did, or whenever I see a person with too many piercings or a highly priced milkshake, it's just Pulp Fiction playing in my head! I'll tell you what! You watch this clip and if you still don't feel like watching it, well, then this review is useless to you!
